approach to service. Whenever you call during normal business
hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, EST), you'll
always speak to a customer service representative, never an
automated attendant. Sure it's old-fashioned, but we think
it's the way it should be. Try us out and see if you don't
agree.

24-48 hour turnaround time for domestic searches
2-7 day turnaround on international searches
If there's a delay which will result in a search response
beyond the promised delivery time, count on GRS to give you
